According to material

In order to adapt to the physical and chemical conditions of various trades, the industrial hose has very strict execution standards for the chemical materials and processes of internal and external colloid. Common materials, for example:

Industrial wire hose: made of stainless steel, copper and other metal materials, the diameter of 5MM-25MM, divided into single and double buckle two structures, mainly used for sensor line protection.

PVC pvc. Chemical resistance, light weight, anti staining, anti gas, the disadvantage is easy aging.

PUR poly Yaan ester. It is resistant to chemical corrosion, light weight and good wear resistance.

NR natural rubber. It has the properties of elasticity, frost resistance, abrasion resistance, tear resistance, acid resistance, low temperature and alcohol.

SBR oil extended sbr. Air resistant compounds, industrial water resistance, ethylene glycol resistance, the drawback is that the chemical resistance is weak.

EPDM three ethylene propylene rubber. Heat resistant, steam resistant, ozone resistant UV and chemicals.

NBR acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer

Nitrile. Mineral oil products, oil and fuel resistant, low temperature resistant, low concentration inorganic acids.

CR chloroprene polymer / rubber. Chemical resistance, ozone aging resistance, UV and flame resistance.

SI silicone rubber. High temperature resistant, cold resistant, ozone resistant and tasteless. The disadvantage is high cost.

UPE/XLPE crosslinked polyethylene. Good chemical resistance, oxidation resistance and good stability. The disadvantage is that the air permeability is weak.

According to working condition

The working conditions can be divided into nine categories.

Hose for water delivery. It is used in irrigation, horticulture, building, fire fighting, equipment and tank car cleaning, agricultural fertilizer, manure, industrial wastewater drainage, etc.. PVC and EPDM are the most internal adhesive materials.

Hot water and steam hose. It is used for cooling water, engine hot and cold water, food processing, especially hot water and saturated steam in dairy products factory. Most of the internal gum material is EPDM.

Beverage and food hose. For non lipid, such as milk, carbonic acid, orange juice, beer, animal and vegetable oil, drinking water and so on. The inner rubber material is mostly NR or synthetic rubber. Usually required food grade FDA, DVGW a, KTW or CE and other standard qualification certification.

Air hose. It is used in compressor, pneumatic device, mining, building and so on. NBR, PVC composite, PU and SBR are the main internal adhesive materials. Usually the pressure is strictly required.

Welding hose. For welding, cutting etc.. The inner rubber material is mostly NBR or synthetic rubber, and the outer glue is usually made of red, blue, yellow and so on to show the special gas.

Ventilation hose. For the heat, dust, smoke, chemical gases etc.. The internal gum is mainly thermoplastic material and PVC. Usually the tube has a retractable design.

Material suction hose. It is used in the liquid transportation of solid particles such as gas, fog, powder, particle, fiber, sand, cement, fertilizer, coal dust, sand, soil, gypsum and so on. NR, NBR, SBR and PU are the main internal adhesive materials. Usually, the outer rubber has higher abrasion resistance.

Oil hose. It is used in fuels, diesel, kerosene, petroleum and so on. NBR, PVC and SBR are the main internal adhesive materials. Usually, there is a conductive wire between the inner and outer rubber to prevent mars.

Chemical hose. It is used in acid, chemical solution and so on. Most of the internal gum material is EPDM. Usually this requires custom materials and design solutions.
